Felt Bicycles Continues Support For Rally Cycling Pro Team Through 2022

(Press Release)

Felt Bicycles is excited to announce a continued partnership with the Rally Cycling professional racing team for the 2022 season. The Southern California-based bicycle brand first joined forces with North America's longest running and most storied pro cycling team in 2019.

Since then, riders from both the Rally Cycling men's and women's squads have gone on to score numerous victories and top results in races around the world. These include an overall victory at the Giro di Sicilia; a stage win at the Tour Down Under; victories in all three disciplines at the Canadian National Championships; and Joey Rosskopf's victory in the U.S. National Championship road race earlier this year—the first such title for the Rally Cycling men's program.

In recent weeks, Rally Cycling also scored a string of impressive victories against top WorldTour teams at two marquee European events. At the Volta a Portugal, Kyle Murphy took two stage wins while teammate Ben King nabbed an additional victory at the event. Meanwhile, on the same day that Murphy took the team’s third overall stage win in Portugal, Colin Joyce sprinted to an emphatic stage win at the Tour of Denmark. These most recent successes highlight the team’s continued commitment to high-performance racing, as well as its evolution into a squad that is capable of delivering results at the highest level.

Since its founding in 2007, Rally Cycling has continually evolved. From winning the U.S. National Criterium Championships with Martin Gilbert in its inaugural year to claiming the overall victory at the 2009 Tour of Thailand with Andy Bajadali, the program is consistently raising the bar. In 2012, Rally Cycling launched a dedicated women's team with the goal of elevating the visibility of women's cycling both in North America and around the globe. Celebrating their tenth season, Rally Cycling is aiming higher than ever for 2022, with the women's squad pursuing a WorldTour license in order to compete regularly against the very best teams on the planet.

"Working with Felt Bicycles has been an ideal partnership for our program, and we're excited for it to continue," says Charles Aaron, Rally Cycling's founder and managing director. "Felt Bicycles shares our mission of supporting both men's and women's cycling at the top level of the sport while also engaging in activities that encourage people to become more active and healthy in their daily lives."

"The Rally Cycling program is one of the longest-lasting, most successful North American cycling programs, and with their emphasis on technical innovation, a natural fit for Felt," says James Hibbard, Felt's Director of Sports Marketing. "As the program progresses and takes on new challenges, we are delighted to continue to provide the talented men and women of Rally Cycling with the best equipment possible."
