With the global coronavirus (COVID-19) situation having officially been declared a “pandemic” by the World Health Organization, we wanted to reach out to you during this uncertain time. We are actively monitoring the situation and are taking this threat to public health very seriously. We are also committed to doing everything in our power to properly address whatever steps need to be taken to ensure that our communities are safe and that we continue to provide our riders with the best service possible. We will continue to adhere to the recommendations of local and national health officials, and we urge you to do the same.
Individuals, families, businesses, and communities around the world are being urged to help “flatten the curve” and curtail the spread of COVID-19 through social distancing and self-isolation. Together, we can ensure that our cycling communities remain as strong as ever, and perhaps even stronger having been reforged in the fires of shared adversity. You may find that your local shop rides will cease for a while, or that you and your riding mates should postpone your regular training rides. This means that you can spend more time on the indoor trainer, or enjoy more solo rides. However you approach these uncertain times, we encourage you to seek out ways to take care of your physical and mental health, as well as those of your loved ones.
We've been asked by our riders how we're dealing with operational challenges during this unprecedented time. We're pleased to say that we remain fully open for business during the COVID-19 outbreak. All web orders are currently shipping. We will coordinate Click & Collect bike orders with your local dealers based on their specific operating hours and status. For those who've inquired about availability for the all-new AR aero road bike, delivery remains on schedule for the end of March.
