FOR PURCHASES OF CLOTHING & GEAR MADE ON FELT'S ONLINE STORE

When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it in NEW, UNUSED and UNINSTALLED condition, within 30 days of receipt. If you choose to return/exchange item(s), you must pay shipping and handling charges. All returns must be packaged carefully and shipped via insured US Mail or ground service with freight prepaid. DO NOT SEND RETURNS BACK TO US C.O.D. as they will not be accepted. Returns will NOT be accepted for installed items, all shorts, worn/washed clothing or closeout sale items. Customer service retains complete discretion on granting refunds or exchanges. Our retail locations DO NOT ACCEPT Internet returns or exchanges, all Internet returns must be sent back to our main office location.

FOR PURCHASES OF CLICK-AND-COLLECT BIKES MADE ON FELT'S ONLINE STORE

We accept Click-and-Collect returns through our retail partner where the bike was picked up within 30 days of purchase. Returns must meet the following conditions and go through the process as indicated:

  • Bike must be NEW or UNUSED condition; bike cannot have been ridden more than just a test ride in parking lot of retailer. Bike cannot have any damage, scratches or other blemishes.
  • Bike can be either still in-box or assembled by the dealer.
  • Customers will be charged a $50.00 return fee to cover re-boxing.
  • To initiate the return, please complete the form below. We'll contact you to coordinate the return process through your retailer.
  • Credit (minus the $50 fee) will be applied within 7 days of return processing through the retailer.

FOR PURCHASES MADE AT AN AUTHORIZED FELT DEALER:

Product must be returned to place of purchase for evaluation by dealer.  Dealer's return policy in effect.
