From its headquarters in Barcelona, FELT introduces NEXAR, the fastest and lightest aero road bike the brand has ever developed.

More than a new model, NEXAR represents the beginning of a new product generation set to define FELT’s direction into 2026 and beyond.

The name itself says it clearly: NEXAR stands for “Next AR”, a direct evolution of the pioneering AR platform introduced eighteen years ago, and the next step in full aerodynamic performance.

A New Benchmark in Aero Performance

NEXAR was developed with a clear objective: to compete at the very highest level of aerodynamic efficiency, without compromising real-world performance.

At 40 km/h, it sits within 4 watts of the fastest aero bike on the market, while delivering a 5% reduction in drag compared to the previous FELT AR.

But performance is not defined by aerodynamics alone.

Weight plays an equally decisive role.

At just 6.48 kg in FRD specification (size 54), NEXAR becomes one of the lightest full-aero bikes in its category.
With a frame weight of only 800 grams, it sets a new benchmark for what an aero platform can achieve.

As FELT approaches its 35th anniversary in 2026, the brand enter a new phase with clarity and focus.

Under the leadership of César Rojo and Florian Burguet, FELT returns to its essence:
high-performance dropbar bikes, distributed through a global network of specialist dealers.

This new chapter is built on decades of racing success, IRONMAN World Championships, Olympic titles, and a long-standing reputation for aerodynamic innovation.

FELT's DNA is Aero

Aerodynamics has been at the core of FELT since the beginning.

With NEXAR, that expertise evolves through two fundamental principles:

1. Reduced Frontal Area

Slim tube shaping, fully integrated cable routing and refined rider positioning reduce exposure to the wind and minimize resistance.

2. Optimized Airflow

Every surface of the bike has been designed to guide airflow smoothly.
Teardrop-inspired tube profiles, seamless transitions and hidden components eliminate turbulence and maintain clean airflow across the entire frame.

From bolts to clamps to interfaces, every detail has been considered.

Light is FAST

For NEXAR, weight reduction was not an afterthought.
It was engineered into the structure of the bike from the very beginning.

Two carbon layup options define the platform:

The FRD and PRO layup delivers maximum performance, reducing weight by approximately 300 grams compared to the previous AR FRD, thanks to higher-grade fibers and optimized layering.
The standard layup maintains the same geometry while offering increased durability and ride resilience.

Structural refinements across the frame, including the head tube, bottom bracket, rear triangle and seat stays, enhance stiffness, compliance and versatility.

The platform also supports tire clearance up to 32 mm, expanding real-world usability.

A key contributor to the overall system weight is the sub-300 gram one-piece FELT carbon cockpit, designed for integration, stiffness and aerodynamic efficiency.

FIT that unlocks SPEED

Speed is only meaningful if the rider can sustain it.

NEXAR introduces a modern aero geometry developed through extensive benchmarking and real-world fitting expertise.

The objective: make high performance accessible without requiring extreme rider positions.

Key geometry principles include:

Slightly higher stack for improved posture and sustainability
Shorter reach for better control and reduced upper-body fatigue
A steeper seat tube angle to support efficient power transfer
Size-specific crank lengths for consistent biomechanics
Seven frame sizes, each engineered to maintain proportional geometry and consistent handling
